The Office of Admissions encourages applications for the Senior Assistant Director of Office Services and Training. This position reports to the Executive Director of Admissions. It involves significant leadership and participation in the development and administration of admission policies and procedures and the management and coordination of admission-related programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for Office of Admissions Recruitment team training and onboarding.
• Ensure new staff are trained/onboarded and responsible for coordinating ongoing trainings and engagement activities.
• Responsible for the management and assessment associated with the Office of Admissions Office Services Team.
o The Training and Office Services Team is charged with the coordination of public-facing services of the Office of Admissions, including the Admissions Service Center and CASE student assistants.
• Manage and support the Admissions Specialist internship roles.
• Manage, train, supervise and evaluate professional and nonprofessional staff members including student staff.
• Participate in staff development activities such as university workshops, conferences and programs, and state and national professional organizations.
• Act as a member of the Senior Management Team within the office.
• Serve on, and lead, admission committees in the admission decision process.
o Responsibilities include the interpretation and implementation of admission policies and procedures, the evaluation of application and educational records and the rendering of admission decisions.
• Provide admission related information to prospective students by telephone, in office appointments and electronic correspondence.
• Participate in admission recruitment programs in high schools, college fairs and requires some travel within the state of Colorado
